Part-time: Finance & Development Specialist

OCP is seeking a self-motivated and confident individual with integrity and a commitment to the Arts for the position of Finance & Development Specialist.

Duties for this exciting position include oversight of business and financial affairs, preparation of the annual budget, and compliance to government accounting standards. This individual would also develop fund raising strategies, write grants, oversee the donation recognition program, and perform other related duties.

The ideal candidate would possess a degree or equivalent experience in fundraising, marketing, and grant writing in the non-profit sector. Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential.

Compensation for this part-time position is commensurate with experience. The position reports to the Administrator of the organization.
