ACCESSIBILITY: Please mention special needs when tickets are purchased.
- American Sign Language: Available with 3 weeks’ notice.
- Assistive Listening Devices: Available free of charge in the office.
- Handicap Parking: In front of the building.
- Elevator: Next to the cafeteria; handicapped persons should not be seated in the balcony.
- Wheelchairs: Accommodated on the orchestra level; blocking the aisle is prohibited.
AUDITORIUM OPENS: ½ hour prior to curtain. Please be patient if technical difficulties delay opening.
CAMERAS, VIDEOTAPE, AUDIOTAPE INCLUDING COMPUTERS: Prohibited by NYS Law.
CANCELLATIONS: OCP reserves the right to substitute shows without notice. Notice will be made by email, local media or Facebook. Refunds are issued only if a substitution is not made.
CONCESSIONS: On sale at the stairs to the balcony. Only bottled water is allowed in the auditorium.

PARKING: Free on State Street, in the Golden Dome lot, in the lot north of the auditorium. Reserved Parking for $1000+ Donors
PERFORMANCE EVALUATIONS: Return to us; your input is important.
PLAYBILL ADVERTISERS: Mention you saw their ad. If you don’t take the Playbill with you help us recycle by leaving it in the baskets near the auditorium doors.
RESTROOMS: Inquire at the Box Office or from a Usher.
SEATING: If you are late, you will be admitted at a time designated by the producers – you may be required to sit in the rear. Don’t leave the auditorium while the show is in progress unless it is an emergency.
SMOKING: Prohibited by New York State Law on school district grounds.

- Delivery: Print at Home, Send Stamped Self-addressed Envelope, Will-Call Pick up
- Discounts: Friends, Seniors, Students, Active Military, and Groups of 15+.
- Replacement Tickets: $5 charge/ticket for non-”Friends” and after 5 pm on show nights.
- Service Fee: $6 per order.
VOLUNTEERING: Please contact the office for information.
UNABLE TO ATTEND A PERFORMANCE? Exchange the ticket for another show, give it away, sell it, or turn it in for a tax deduction but don’t leave your seat empty! Give family, co-workers, or friends the opportunity to share the thrill of live professional theater. Refunds will only be made if a show is cancelled.
